INTRODUCTION :
We introduce our Company M/s. Network Cables as a leading manufacurer of Telephone cables in North India with our Brand name as Network Cables. We are in this activity for last 30 years.

CONDUCTOR: The Conductor is Insulated with a suitable PVC compound applicant to the conductor by the extrusion. The specially develop PVC compound can withstand high voltage & insulation resistance test upto required standard as per IS : 1554 (pt-1) 1976 & IS : 694/1977 The cores are tested for high voltage & insulation resistance test as well as other test as prescribed in IS: 1554 (pt-1) 1976 & 694/1977 Before laying upto final stage.

COLOUR SCHEME :
We manufacture colour scheme as per the specification of department of telecommunication as table 13 & 14 for type 113B & 114B table is for type 113C table 16 for type D-3003 table 17 for BS 3573 & table 19 for type 129C.

BENCHING : Network telephone cables & switch board cables with annealed electrolytic copper conductor insulation & sheathed with PVC compound twisted pair benched together in concentric layers so as to minimize cross talk & DB loss, easy to count pairs.

OUTER SHEATHED:
Finally a tough outer sheathed with PVC in gray colour is extruded over the rope of pair. This sheath offers excellent weather resistance & mechanical protection.

TEST CERTIFICATE: We provide test certificate detailing test result obtained in our factory with every drum that we dispatch. One copy is left inside the drum & an additional copy is furnished along with the challan to our valuable customer.
